Job Description

A private household in Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, is seeking a polished, discreet and highly dependable Household Attendant to provide dedicated day-to-day support to the Chairman.

This is a hybrid position combining personal household service, wardrobe and laundry management, personal assistance, errands and general housekeeping. The successful candidate will work closely with the Chairman and become familiar with his routines, preferences and daily requirements.

The role requires someone who is naturally service-oriented and attentive, with the ability to anticipate needs while maintaining a high level of discretion. Alongside personal support, the candidate will be expected to undertake hands-on housekeeping duties within designated areas of the residence.

The Chairman may travel within the UAE and internationally, and the successful candidate should therefore be comfortable accompanying him when required.

This position would suit an experienced household professional who is well presented, organised, physically active, flexible and genuinely committed to providing personalised service.

Responsibilities

Personal Support to the Chairman

Provide attentive day-to-day assistance with the Chairman’s personal requirements.
Support his daily routine, appointments, activities and ad hoc requests.
Assist with personal errands and tasks as required.
Accompany the Chairman to meetings, appointments, gym sessions and other engagements.
Assist with preparations for local and international travel.
Travel with the Chairman when required.
Adapt to changes in schedule and respond efficiently to last-minute requirements.

Wardrobe & Personal Care

Take full responsibility for the Chairman’s personal laundry.
Wash, iron, fold and organise clothing and personal items to a high standard.
Maintain and organise his wardrobe and personal belongings.
Ensure clothing and personal items are properly stored and readily available.
Keep the Chairman’s bedroom and personal areas clean, orderly and well maintained.
Pay close attention to the care and presentation of personal belongings.

Meals & Household Coordination

Coordinate with the household team and kitchen regarding the Chairman’s meals.
Communicate his food preferences, dietary requirements and daily meal arrangements.
Ensure his personal requirements are communicated clearly to the relevant household staff.
Assist with other practical arrangements relating to his daily routine.

Housekeeping

Carry out cleaning and housekeeping duties within assigned areas of the villa.
Maintain the Chairman’s personal spaces to a consistently high standard.
Clean, organise and maintain other designated areas of the residence.
Ensure assigned rooms and spaces remain tidy, presentable and properly stocked.
Assist with general household tasks when required.

Confidentiality & Professional Service

Maintain complete discretion regarding the Chairman, his family, residence and activities.
Respect household procedures and the privacy of the principals at all times.
Build a professional understanding of the Chairman’s preferences and routines.
Work independently and responsibly with minimal supervision.
Maintain a consistently polished appearance and professional attitude.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a private household, luxury residence, hospitality environment, personal service or household attendant position.

Experience supporting a Chairman, executive, principal or high-profile individual would be particularly advantageous.

Filipino or South Indian Indian passport holders are required.

Candidates already residing in the UAE are preferred.

Working Conditions

Position: Household Attendant
Location: Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, UAE
Contract: Full-time, long-term
Status: Live-in
Accommodation: Private bedroom/accommodation with attached bathroom
Meals: Provided
Working days: 6 days per week
Days off: 1 day per week
Working hours: Flexible according to the Chairman’s schedule
International travel: Required when accompanying the Chairman
Visa: UAE employment visa provided
Medical insurance: Provided
Flight ticket: Provided every 2 years
Start date: ASAP

Salary

AED 3,000 – 3,500 per month, depending on experience, skills and overall suitability.
