Daily Meal Preparation

• Plan, prepare and oversee daily meals for the family, including lunch and dinner, with breakfast and afternoon refreshments when required.
• Deliver fresh, balanced and seasonal Mediterranean, vegetarian and health-conscious cuisine.
• Adapt menus to accommodate individual preferences, including those of the children.
• Demonstrate versatility across additional international cuisines in response to the family’s requests.
• Maintain consistently high standards of flavour, presentation and service.

Private Dining and Events

• Lead all culinary preparations for family entertaining, including private dinners, receptions and special occasions.
• Develop bespoke menus suited to the nature of each event and guests’ preferences.
• Coordinate kitchen preparations and dining service with the wider household team.
• Ensure smooth and professional delivery of every service, regardless of the occasion.

Kitchen Leadership and Operations

• Supervise, guide and coordinate the Sous-Chef, who oversees staff meals, snacks, afternoon refreshments and food procurement.
• Establish an efficient working relationship and clear division of responsibilities within the kitchen.
• Oversee food purchasing, supplier orders, inventory and stock control.
• Maintain an immaculate, well-organised kitchen and ensure full compliance with HACCP standards and food hygiene regulations.

Flexibility and Travel

• Adapt working arrangements to the family’s schedule and requirements.
• Be available to work weekends and support additional services when required.
• Travel with the family when requested, ensuring continuity of culinary standards across residences and destinations.
