Log inA private family in Al Manara, Dubai, is looking for an experienced and highly professional Private Chef to take responsibility for the family’s daily culinary requirements.
The household consists of four adults and generally requires one main meal per day, usually lunch, with dinner prepared occasionally. Breakfast is only required on an occasional basis.
The family has a strong preference for fresh, organic, high-quality and minimally processed produce and is looking for a chef who shares these standards and takes genuine pride in sourcing, preparation, nutrition, presentation, and kitchen hygiene.
The Role
This is a hands-on position for a chef who is comfortable working independently within a private residence and adapting menus to the family’s preferences and schedule.
The successful candidate will primarily prepare daily family meals but should also be confident catering for occasional entertaining. The residence hosts private dinners, small gatherings and parties from time to time, which may involve preparing food for a larger number of guests and working later than usual.
The family particularly enjoys Italian and Arabic cuisine, alongside a broad range of international dishes.

A strict zero-tolerance policy applies to theft or the unauthorised removal or taking of any household property, belongings or money.
For security and privacy reasons, photography, video recording and other forms of recording within the residence are strictly prohibited.
