Butler service and guest relations

• Receive and welcome visitors professionally, ensuring every guest experiences a warm and polished reception.
• Prepare and serve refreshments throughout the day according to the principal’s preferences.
• Deliver attentive food and beverage service, including formal and informal table service when required.
• Maintain and polish silverware, glassware, and other service equipment to an exceptional standard.
• Ensure service areas and reception spaces remain immaculate, organized, and ready for use.
• Anticipate the principal’s daily requirements and adapt service proactively to his routine.

Household coordination and administration

• Order household supplies and maintain accurate records of purchases and expenditure.
• Monitor stock levels and manage inventories to ensure essential items are available when needed.
• Coordinate closely with the chef, drivers, and housekeeping staff to maintain seamless household operations.
• Assist with packing and unpacking luggage before and after the principal’s trips, ensuring clothing and personal items are carefully prepared.
• Maintain high standards of presentation and attention to detail throughout the residence.
• Handle additional requests and household-related tasks as directed by the principal.

Dog care

• Provide daily care for the principal’s Australian Labradoodle, including feeding, refreshing drinking water, and walking.
• Support the dog’s grooming and general cleanliness as required.
• Ensure the dog’s daily routine is maintained and coordinate care when necessary.
