Housekeeping & Interior Care

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the three villas.
• Carry out general housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting and maintaining living areas.
• Prepare bedrooms and guest areas ahead of the owner’s arrival.
• Handle laundry, ironing, folding and storage of household linens and clothing.
• Monitor household supplies and maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Assist with preparing meals when the owners are in residence.
• Purchase groceries and other household supplies as required.

Gardens & Outdoor Areas

• Maintain the estate’s gardens, grounds and outdoor spaces.
• Carry out regular mowing, pruning, trimming, weeding and watering.
• Plant and maintain flowers, plants and other vegetation.
• Look after the vegetable garden and orchard.
• Assist with harvesting olives and seasonal garden tasks.
• Maintain the chicken coop and care for the koi carp pond.
• Keep terraces, outdoor furniture and surrounding areas clean and well maintained.
• Maintain gardening tools, machinery and other outdoor equipment.
• Cut, organise and store firewood as required.

Property Maintenance

• Carry out basic DIY, repairs and general maintenance around the estate.
• Monitor the condition of household systems and equipment.
• Assist with the day-to-day oversight of home automation and alarm systems in coordination with the Estate Manager.
• Identify maintenance issues and report them promptly.
• Welcome external contractors and provide access to the property.
• Monitor contractors while they are working on site and report progress or issues to the Estate Manager.
• Receive deliveries and ensure goods are properly handled and stored.

Vehicles & Driving

• Drive the owners or assist with transportation when requested.
• Maintain the estate vehicles in a clean and presentable condition.
• Arrange or monitor servicing and keep vehicle records up to date.
• Carry out general vehicle-related tasks as required.

Team Support

• Work closely with the Estate Manager and existing household team.
• Communicate clearly regarding maintenance, housekeeping and operational matters.
• Support colleagues when required and contribute to the smooth running of the estate.
• Take initiative and address routine tasks without constant supervision.
• Maintain absolute discretion regarding the owners, their guests and the property.
