• Specialize in Mediterranean and European cooking, with a particular emphasis on Russian dishes and culinary traditions.
• Incorporate seasonal produce and premium-quality ingredients into everyday menus.
• Adapt recipes, portion sizes, and preparation methods to accommodate the family’s individual preferences.
• Maintain variety across the weekly menu while respecting the family’s preference to exclude Asian cuisine.

Menu Development and Food Shopping

• Design weekly menus in consultation with the family, taking into account their tastes, routines, and nutritional preferences.
• Introduce new dishes and creative meal ideas while maintaining familiar family favorites.
