Log inA newly established private clubhouse at EŌME Residences, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, is looking for a personable and proactive Clubhouse Concierge / Guest Services professional to become part of its opening team.
The clubhouse is exclusively dedicated to community owners and their guests, offering a relaxed pool and beach club environment designed around comfort, convenience and a strong sense of community.
This is a highly guest-focused position for someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality and building personal relationships with clients. The successful candidate will be one of the key points of contact for residents, ensuring they feel welcomed, recognised and well cared for whenever they visit the clubhouse.
Because the operation is intimate and newly opening, this is much broader than a traditional concierge position. The successful candidate will work closely with the restaurant, kitchen, waiting staff and wider clubhouse team and should be comfortable stepping into different areas whenever required.
We are looking for someone naturally attentive and service-minded, who notices what needs to be done, takes initiative and contributes to creating a warm, informal and family-friendly environment.

Previous experience within a private residence, members’ club, luxury hotel, yacht, premium residential development or other high-touch hospitality environment would be advantageous.

The ideal candidate is someone who naturally thinks “How can I help?” rather than waiting to be told what to do.
This position will suit a hospitality professional who enjoys variety, personal interaction and being part of a small team. As the clubhouse is launching from the ground up, there will be an opportunity to help establish the way the service operates and contribute ideas from the beginning.
Candidates who are willing to contribute across the wider clubhouse operation, rather than limiting themselves strictly to concierge duties, are particularly encouraged to apply.
