A private family in Dubai is seeking an accomplished and experienced Private Chef to take responsibility for the family’s daily culinary requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Lebanese, Greek and Italian cuisine, with a genuine understanding of Mediterranean food culture. The family values fresh, premium-quality ingredients, balanced nutrition and beautifully presented food, while also appreciating authentic, traditional flavours.
This is an excellent opportunity for a chef who enjoys creating refined yet approachable cuisine within a private household and who can adapt menus according to the family’s lifestyle and preferences.
The Chef will oversee all aspects of the family’s daily cooking, including:
Kitchen Management
Beyond cooking, the Chef will be responsible for maintaining an efficient and well-organised kitchen.
Duties will include:
Family Service & Travel
The successful candidate should be comfortable working discreetly within a private family environment and adapting to changing requirements.
Occasional international travel with the family may be required.
When the family hosts guests, the Chef will also be expected to plan and execute menus appropriate for private entertaining, while maintaining the same high standards of quality and presentation.
