Residence Management

• Take overall responsibility for the daily organisation and smooth running of the 450 m² apartment.
• Maintain consistently high standards of cleanliness, presentation and organisation throughout the residence.
• Monitor household equipment and ensure everything remains functional and well maintained.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs and technical interventions with trusted external contractors.
• Schedule and supervise tradespeople and service providers when required.
• Manage household supplies, groceries and general purchasing.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure essential items are always available.

Cooking and Household Support

• Prepare fresh, well-presented meals for the employer.
• Plan meals and manage grocery purchasing according to preferences and requirements.
• Maintain high standards of kitchen organisation, food quality and hygiene.
• Assist with household errands, including dry cleaning, pharmacy, post office and other personal requests.
• Provide practical support with the day-to-day needs of the employer.

Personal Assistance and Driving

• Assist with managing the employer’s personal appointments and diary, including medical appointments.
• Provide professional and safe driving for appointments, outings and other journeys.
• Handle occasional administrative tasks such as obtaining quotations, processing invoices and liaising with service providers.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling personal information and household matters.

Staff Recruitment and Management

• Take an active role in establishing the future household team.
• Assist with identifying, interviewing and recruiting suitable household staff.
• Organise schedules and coordinate the work of newly recruited employees.
• Establish efficient working routines and standards within the residence.
• Provide day-to-day supervision and ensure household responsibilities are carried out to the required standard.

Availability and Security

• Maintain a discreet and professional presence within the residence.
• Provide overnight presence and on-call assistance when required.
• Remain flexible in responding to the employer’s changing requirements.
• Be available for occasional travel, primarily within France.
