A welcoming and active private family in Miami, Florida, is seeking an experienced, dependable and energetic Live-Out Nanny to join their household on a long-term basis.
The family has four children aged 3, 5, 7 and 9 and already has a Live-In Nanny, together with additional childcare support when needed. The successful candidate will therefore become part of an established childcare team rather than being solely responsible for the four children.
This position is ideal for a confident nanny who enjoys the energy of a busy family environment and understands the importance of communication, consistency and teamwork. The family is looking for someone who can become a trusted and reliable presence in the children’s daily lives.

The successful candidate will be expected to take initiative while also understanding how to work effectively within an established household team.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience working as a professional nanny within a private family environment.

Schedule
This is a full-time, live-out position from Monday to Friday.
The family requires guaranteed coverage from:
2:00 pm to 8:30 pm, Monday to Friday
Additional hours during the morning or earlier in the day may be available depending on the candidate’s preference and availability.
The schedule provides a degree of flexibility while ensuring reliable afternoon and evening coverage for the family.
