Newborn & Infant Care

• Provide comprehensive, hands-on care for a newborn from birth.
• Establish healthy feeding, sleeping, and daily care routines appropriate to the baby’s age and development.
• Support feeding schedules, bottle preparation, sterilization, and nursery organization.
• Monitor growth, wellbeing, and developmental milestones, communicating observations to parents when necessary.
• Assist with sleep conditioning and age-appropriate sleep routines.
• Ensure the nursery, clothing, equipment, and baby-related items are maintained to impeccable standards.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and structured environment at all times.

Daily Nursery Duties

• Manage bathing, dressing, changing, and general infant care.
• Oversee the baby’s wardrobe, laundry, and nursery supplies.
• Prepare diaper bags and daily essentials for outings and appointments.
• Ensure all baby equipment, feeding accessories, and nursery items remain clean, hygienic, and well-maintained.
• Follow best practices regarding infant safety, hygiene, and wellbeing.

Development & Early Learning

• Introduce age-appropriate sensory, educational, and developmental activities.
• Encourage healthy cognitive, physical, emotional, and social development.
• Promote consistent routines that support the child’s growth and wellbeing.
• Maintain records of feeding patterns, sleep schedules, and developmental progress if requested by the family.

Travel Responsibilities

• Accompany the family on domestic and international travel.
• Prepare all nursery-related items and travel necessities.
• Ensure continuity of routines and care while travelling.
• Adapt quickly to changing environments, schedules, and time zones.
• Deliver the same high standard of childcare regardless of location.

Family & Household Collaboration

• Work closely with parents to support their preferred childcare philosophy and routines.
• Coordinate effectively with household staff when required.
• Maintain absolute discretion regarding all family matters.
• Demonstrate flexibility and professionalism as family schedules evolve.
