Childcare & Development

• Provide attentive, nurturing, and age-appropriate care on a daily basis.
• Create engaging educational and recreational activities that support learning and development.
• Encourage the child’s social, emotional, and cognitive growth through positive interaction and structured routines.
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the child’s age and needs.
• Accompany the child to nursery, appointments, and extracurricular activities.
• Maintain a safe, organised, and stimulating environment.
• Respect and implement the family’s parenting philosophy and household standards.

Evening Supervision

• Cover one evening per week while the parents are out.
• Manage bedtime routines and ensure the child’s wellbeing until approximately 11:00 PM.
• Act confidently and independently when responsible for sole charge care.

Family Travel

• Accompany the family on regular trips throughout the year.
• Travel is expected approximately once per month for periods of around five days.
• Deliver the same high standard of care while travelling internationally or within France.
• Remain adaptable to changing schedules and travel arrangements.

Teamwork & Communication

• Develop a professional and trusting relationship with the parents.
• Work harmoniously alongside other household employees.
• Provide regular updates regarding the child’s wellbeing, activities, and development.
• Maintain excellent communication while respecting strict confidentiality requirements.
