Daily cooking and meal preparation

• Prepare and have breakfast ready to serve at 6:30 am each morning.
• Plan and cook fresh, family-style lunches and dinners suited to the household’s tastes and daily schedule.
• Ensure dinner is ready at approximately 7:00 pm, either served directly or prepared and left appropriately arranged on the table or in the refrigerator.
• Prepare nutritious, appealing meals for the children, taking their ages and preferences into consideration.
• Make healthy school lunch boxes and snacks using fresh ingredients and balanced recipes.
• Introduce variety into the weekly menu while maintaining a consistent standard of quality and presentation.

Menu planning and provisioning

• Develop weekly menus combining Russian and European culinary traditions with Mediterranean-style cooking.
• Prepare shopping lists, source quality ingredients, and manage grocery purchasing efficiently.
• Monitor kitchen supplies and ensure fresh produce and essential ingredients are available when needed.
• Adapt menus to the family’s preferences and make practical suggestions for new dishes and seasonal ingredients.
• Manage food storage carefully and minimize unnecessary waste.

Kitchen management and teamwork

• Maintain exceptional cleanliness and food hygiene throughout all stages of preparation and service.
• Clean and organize work surfaces, equipment, and cooking areas after each service.
• Ensure ingredients are stored safely and the kitchen remains orderly at all times.
• Coordinate with the villa’s housekeeping team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Maintain a professional, discreet, and respectful presence within the family home.
