Log inA caring and welcoming family is seeking an experienced Live-in Nanny (M/F) to provide exceptional care for their three school-aged children while becoming a valued member of their household for the long term.
This permanent position offers an outstanding opportunity for a nanny who enjoys building lasting relationships with one family. The parents are actively involved in raising their children and believe in a collaborative approach, allowing the nanny to work alongside them rather than independently managing all childcare responsibilities.
The family currently resides in Puerto Rico for most of the year and spends the summer months at their home in Connecticut, with plans to establish Connecticut as their permanent residence in the future.
The children, aged 10, 8 and 5, attend school during the day, meaning the role focuses primarily on the afternoon and evening routine. The successful candidate will help create a stimulating, structured and enjoyable environment through educational support, outdoor activities and positive daily guidance.
This position is ideal for an energetic nanny who enjoys an active lifestyle and loves participating in games, sports and outdoor adventures.
