A French father based in Dubai is seeking an outstanding Head Nanny to join his family ahead of the arrival of his twin daughters, expected in February or March 2027. The successful candidate will begin the assignment in the United States in December 2026, accompanying the family before relocating with them to Dubai for a long-term position.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced childcare professional with a strong background in newborn care and the leadership skills required to coordinate a small nanny team. The Head Nanny will take primary responsibility for the twins’ daily care, wellbeing, routines, and developmental needs, while supervising two additional nannies working day and night shifts.
The position is entirely dedicated to childcare, with no general housekeeping responsibilities. The family offers a respectful working environment, attractive living arrangements, and the opportunity to establish a lasting professional relationship. A potential relocation to France in the coming years is also envisaged, and candidates interested in continuing with the family throughout this transition are particularly welcome.
The successful applicant will join the family in the United States in December 2026 before moving to Dubai, where the role will continue on a full-time, live-in basis.
The role is exclusively focused on the children’s care and development, allowing the Head Nanny to concentrate fully on the twins and the coordination of their childcare team.
