Full-Charge Childcare

• Take full responsibility for the daily care and supervision of the family’s 3-year-old and 16-month-old children.
• Ensure both children are safe, engaged, well cared for, and supported throughout the day.
• Manage daily routines, transitions, meals, naps, outings, and activities.
• Provide age-appropriate guidance and establish consistent boundaries using positive and thoughtful discipline.
• Monitor developmental milestones and communicate relevant observations to the parents.

Activities & Development

• Design and organise stimulating activities appropriate to each child’s age, interests, and developmental stage.
• Encourage creative play, reading, learning, outdoor activities, and social interaction.
• Arrange playdates and coordinate activities with other families.
• Organise educational outings, museum visits, classes, cultural activities, and other age-appropriate experiences.
• Create an engaging environment that supports both children’s intellectual, social, and emotional development.

Children’s Meals & Household Support

• Prepare fresh, nutritious meals and snacks specifically for the children.
• Manage children’s laundry and ensure their clothing and belongings are clean, organised, and appropriately maintained.
• Keep the children’s bedrooms, play areas, toys, and personal spaces neat and organised.
• Maintain the children’s wardrobes and ensure clothing and essentials are ready for daily activities and travel.

Travel

• Accompany the family on approximately four trips per year, generally lasting 1–3 weeks.
• Provide the same high level of childcare and organisation while travelling.
• Assist with children’s routines, packing, activities, meals, and logistics during trips.
• Maintain flexibility around travel schedules and changing family requirements.

Communication & Flexibility

• Maintain clear, professional communication with the parents regarding the children’s activities, routines, behaviour, and development.
• Adapt smoothly to changes in the family’s schedule.
• Remain available beyond the standard end time when parents are unexpectedly delayed.
• Work collaboratively with the parents while respecting their preferences, privacy, and household boundaries.
• Be willing to provide occasional additional support when circumstances require it.
