• Prepare fresh, high-quality meals for both households.
• Develop weekly menus in consultation with each family.
• Adapt menus according to individual tastes, dietary requirements and family routines.
• Prepare nutritious and appealing meals suitable for both young children and adults.
• Create more elevated dishes for dinners, entertaining and special occasions when required.
• Maintain variety across menus while keeping meals practical and family-friendly.
• Prepare food at either residence according to the agreed weekly schedule.
• Occasionally prepare meals at the family office.

Working With Children

• Create enjoyable and age-appropriate cooking experiences when the children wish to participate.
• Encourage children to develop a positive relationship with food and healthy eating.
• Maintain a patient, calm and safety-conscious approach when children are present in the kitchen.
• Adapt dishes and presentation to suit younger family members without compromising the adults’ dining experience.

Grocery Shopping & Kitchen Management

• Manage grocery shopping and sourcing for both households.
• Select fresh, high-quality ingredients and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers where appropriate.
• Monitor food inventory across both kitchens.
• Maintain appropriate food supplies and minimise unnecessary waste.
• Manage food budgets and purchasing efficiently.
• Keep both kitchens clean, organised and fully prepared for daily use.
• Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene and storage standards.

Schedule & Flexibility

• Divide the working week between the two residences according to an agreed schedule.
• Coordinate meal preparation around the different routines and requirements of both families.
• Demonstrate flexibility around occasional weekend requirements.
• Where necessary, accommodate schedule changes, such as taking a weekday off in exchange for working a Saturday or Sunday.
