Overnight Housekeeping & Deep Cleaning

• Carry out detailed cleaning and polishing throughout the estate during overnight hours.
• Work quietly and efficiently to avoid disturbing the family.
• Maintain delicate and premium surfaces including marble, hardwood, bronze, glass, mirrors and bespoke woodwork.
• Use appropriate specialist cleaning products and techniques to protect luxury finishes.
• Ensure reception rooms, entrance areas, dining spaces and high-traffic zones are immaculate and fully reset before the morning.
• Perform laundry, ironing, steaming and other specialist garment-care duties.
• Organise wardrobes and complete closet resets when required.
• Care for delicate household linens to an exceptional standard.

Turn-Down & Morning Preparation

• Provide overnight turn-down service according to the family’s established preferences.
• Prepare the residence for the following morning.
• Clear and organise dining and entertaining areas after late-evening use.
• Clean and sanitise kitchen preparation areas.
• Ensure kitchen spaces are fully restored before the daytime household team arrives.
• Maintain guest bedrooms, suites and secondary living areas to luxury hospitality standards.
• Ensure every key area of the property is presented to a consistently impeccable standard.

Independent Night Operations

This role requires someone capable of working independently without constant supervision.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough overnight inspections of the residence.
• Identifying small details or issues that require attention without waiting for instructions.
• Anticipating cleaning, maintenance and household supply requirements.
• Monitoring housekeeping stock and maintaining accurate inventories.
• Replenishing cleaning products, guest amenities and linen supplies as necessary.
• Reporting relevant maintenance or household issues to the appropriate member of the team.
