Housekeeping & Home Care

• Maintain the residence to an exceptional standard through daily cleaning and regular deep-cleaning routines.
• Ensure all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living spaces, balcony, storage areas, and staff accommodation remain immaculate and well organised.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitise surfaces, and care for household fixtures, furniture, and appliances.

Laundry & Wardrobe Management

• Manage all household laundry, including washing, ironing, steaming, folding, and wardrobe organisation.
• Care for delicate garments and household linens while maintaining wardrobes in excellent order.

Kitchen & Guest Service

• Prepare simple home-cooked meals when requested by following recipes provided by the family.
• Assist with serving meals, refreshments, and beverages during family meals or when guests are visiting.
• Ensure dining and entertaining areas remain clean, organised, and beautifully presented.

Pet Care

• Care for the family’s friendly bulldog by providing fresh water, feeding, and two daily walks.
• Help maintain the pet’s wellbeing and routine.

Household Support

• Work closely with the family’s live-in Nanny to ensure the household operates efficiently while respecting each other’s responsibilities.
• Maintain complete discretion and confidentiality regarding all aspects of the family’s private life.
