• Ensure the residence is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Carry out detailed cleaning, dusting, polishing, and general housekeeping duties.
• Care for valuable household items, including silverware, crystal, fine china, and decorative pieces.
• Manage household linen, including laundering, ironing, folding, and storage.
• Organise wardrobes, dressing rooms, and storage areas to ensure efficiency and order.

Cooking & Hospitality

• Prepare fresh, balanced meals for the family during their periods of residence.
• Plan menus and source quality ingredients according to the family’s preferences.
• Set and prepare dining areas for meals.
• Provide table service when required and maintain excellent standards of presentation.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of table etiquette and formal dining service.

Household Administration

• Carry out grocery shopping and household purchasing.
• Monitor stock levels of food, household products, and daily essentials.
• Manage household expenses and maintain accurate records of purchases.
• Handle various errands, including pharmacy visits, dry-cleaning collection, florist orders, and other household-related tasks.
