Housekeeping & Home Care

• Maintain all living areas to an exceptional standard of cleanliness and presentation
• Perform thorough cleaning, dusting, polishing, vacuuming, and care of delicate surfaces
• Ensure the residence remains well-organised, tidy, and guest-ready at all times
• Care for silverware and valuable household items using appropriate cleaning techniques

Laundry & Wardrobe Management

• Oversee all household laundry, including washing, drying, ironing, folding, and storage
• Maintain wardrobes, dressing rooms, and storage areas in an organised manner
• Ensure clothing, linens, and household textiles are properly cared for and presented

Household Administration

• Monitor and manage cleaning products and household supplies
• Run occasional household errands, including visits to the dry cleaner, post office, and other local services
• Welcome contractors, maintenance personnel, and service providers when required
• Conduct regular checks throughout the property and report any maintenance concerns or equipment issues

Pet-Related Duties

• Assist with the care of the family’s three dogs when requested
• Coordinate veterinary appointments, grooming visits, and other pet-related arrangements as needed
