As House Manager, your duties will include:

• Overseeing the daily organisation and smooth running of the residence.
• Maintaining impeccable presentation and cleanliness throughout the property.
• Working alongside two housekeepers and providing practical support when needed.
• Supervising the housekeeping team, organising schedules, holidays, and daily task allocation.
• Managing household laundry, wardrobe care, ironing, and linen storage.
• Purchasing groceries and household supplies while monitoring inventory levels.
• Preparing fresh meals for the family according to their preferences.
• Monitoring household stock and ensuring essential supplies remain available.
• Coordinating communication between housekeeping staff and the children’s caregivers.
• Welcoming maintenance companies and contractors, ensuring work is completed to the required standard.
• Reporting maintenance issues and following up on repairs.
• Recording household expenses and maintaining accurate expenditure reports.
