Our Dubai office is a central hub for international recruitment, working closely with global teams to identify, assess, and prepare exceptional candidates for premium placements.

The Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to strengthen our Dubai-based recruitment team.
This position is entirely candidate-focused and operational in nature.

You will play a key role in the early and most critical stages of recruitment: sourcing candidates, conducting in-depth interviews, registering profiles, and ensuring that every candidate meets Morgan & Mallet’s quality and compliance standards before being introduced to senior recruiters.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interviewing, evaluating profiles, and building strong talent pipelines, rather than sales or business development.

Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing & Registration

Identify candidates through applications, internal databases, referrals, and direct outreach
Conduct structured screening interviews (video or phone)
Register and maintain accurate candidate profiles in the internal ATS
Collect, verify, and organise all required documentation (CVs, references, IDs, certificates)

Candidate Evaluation

Assess experience within private households, UHNW environments, hospitality, or yachting
Evaluate soft skills such as discretion, presentation, service mindset, and reliability
Ensure candidates meet role-specific and location-specific requirements
Highlight high-potential profiles to senior recruiters

Database & Process Management

Maintain a clean, structured, and up-to-date candidate database
Follow internal validation, compliance, and quality-control procedures
Ensure strict confidentiality and data protection at all times
Coordinate closely with recruiters across international offices

Candidate Experience

Act as a professional and reassuring first point of contact
Clearly explain recruitment stages, expectations, and timelines
Maintain transparent, respectful communication throughout the process

Job Requirements

Experience

Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, hospitality, or candidate coordination
Proven experience interviewing candidates
Exposure to luxury service, private staffing, or hospitality is a strong advantage

Skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
Sharp judgment and the ability to assess profiles quickly
Comfortable using ATS systems and databases
High level of professionalism and discretion

Languages

Fluent English is mandatory
French, Arabic, Russian, or additional languages are a strong plus
