Job Description

Morgan & Mallet International, the world’s reference in recruitment for private households, estates, and lifestyle management across HNW & UHNW environments, is seeking an experienced Senior ATS Developer to oversee the technical evolution of our proprietary applicant tracking and CRM platform.

This role requires full ownership of the system’s architecture, feature development, performance optimisation, and workflow redesign to support our international operations spanning Europe, the Middle East, and the United States.

Responsibilities

ATS Platform Development & Engineering

Strengthen, restructure, and elevate the current CRM/ATS system.
Write reliable, scalable, and high-performance code using Angular and Node.js.
Design new modules, candidate pipelines, dashboards, and automation features.
Enhance data models, database logic, and overall query performance.
Collaborate closely with internal UI/UX and design teams.

Workflow & Functional Transformation

Audit existing recruiter workflows, logic flows, and data handling procedures.
Re-map and streamline ATS processes to improve speed, communication, and productivity.
Partner with recruitment leadership, HR, and operations to align tools with user needs.
Produce reference documentation, user manuals, and rollout guidelines.

Technology Leadership & Delivery Management

Set digital priorities and maintain a development roadmap.
Introduce new system integrations (email sync, API bridges, dashboards, messaging tools, analytics, automation suites).
Safeguard data protection, permission controls, and overall platform stability.
Lead deployment cycles, version management, security backups, and feature release schedules.
Train internal departments and support global onboarding when new functions go live.

Job Requirements

Technical Background

5–10 years of professional software engineering experience.
Advanced command of:
- Angular (recent versions)
- Node.js
- SQL & NoSQL data systems
- RESTful API design
Experience in authentication systems, secure permissions, and role management.
Knowledge of UI/UX logic and creation of intuitive user dashboards.
Cloud hosting experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) strongly appreciated.

Professional Competencies

Able to convert operational challenges into streamlined technical solutions.
High degree of autonomy, ownership, and structured project delivery.
Excellent communication in English.
Prior work on ATS, HRIS, CRM, or enterprise workflow platforms is a major advantage.

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary

12,000 – 15,000 AED monthly (based on experience)
