A private Ultra-High-Net-Worth family is seeking a highly skilled Seasonal Housekeeper to support their residences in New York City and The Hamptons.

This is a demanding role suited to a career professional who is comfortable operating in exceptional private households and consistently delivering service at the highest standard.

The Seasonal Housekeeper will be responsible for the complete care and presentation of the family’s homes, ensuring they are maintained to an impeccable level year-round.

The successful candidate will demonstrate outstanding attention to detail, strong household awareness, and the ability to anticipate needs while maintaining absolute discretion and confidentiality.

This position requires flexibility, professionalism, and seamless collaboration with other household staff and trusted vendors.

Responsibilities

Oversee full-charge housekeeping across luxury private residences.
Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation at all times.
Manage fine fabrics, high-end laundry, and wardrobe care with precision.
Prepare residences for arrivals, departures, and entertaining.
Coordinate effectively with household staff, contractors, and external service providers.
Follow established household systems while adapting to the principals’ preferences.
Uphold the highest levels of discretion, professionalism, and composure.

Job Requirements

Demonstrated experience in UHNW or high-profile private households.
Strong knowledge of luxury materials, surfaces, and high-end furnishings.
Polished presentation with excellent communication and service instincts.
Proactive, flexible, and capable of managing changing priorities.
Willing and able to travel seasonally between NYC and The Hamptons.
Excellent long-term references confirming reliability and performance.
