Job Description

A private family in Dubai is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Gardener to join their outdoor maintenance team. The position involves caring for several high-end residential gardens and ensuring all exterior areas remain beautifully maintained throughout the year.

The selected candidate will work alongside an existing gardener and may occasionally travel between properties using a company-provided vehicle.

Responsibilities

Perform a full range of gardening duties, including planting, pruning, trimming, watering, weeding, mowing, and lawn care.
Maintain excellent plant health, landscape aesthetics, and overall outdoor presentation.
Assist with seasonal planting, pest management, and the safe use of tools, fertilisers, and garden chemicals.
Ensure irrigation systems, gardening tools, and machinery are properly cleaned, serviced, and functioning.
Coordinate daily and weekly priorities with the other gardener and management team.
Travel to different properties when required; transportation provided when necessary.

Job Requirements

Demonstrated experience as a professional gardener, ideally within private households or luxury properties.
Strong understanding of plants, landscaping, irrigation systems, and outdoor maintenance tools.
Able to work independently with a high level of precision and responsibility.
Knowledge of pool maintenance is an advantage.
Valid driving licence preferred.
Reliable, hardworking, and able to follow clear instructions.

Working Conditions

Location: Dubai
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: 6 days per week, 8 hours per day
Benefits: Visa and medical insurance provided
Accommodation: Live-out position (housing not included)

Salary

5000 AED
