Job Description

Our client is seeking a polished and experienced House Manager (M/F) to oversee the daily operations of a prestigious private villa located in Marrakesh, Morocco. The residence is the principal home of the employer and requires the highest standards of organization, service, and discretion.

The successful candidate will serve as the key point of contact for the principal, ensuring that the villa runs flawlessly at all times. This includes supervising a team of seven household staff, coordinating private events, managing budgets and inventories, and maintaining smooth communication with both external service providers and guests.

This position offers an exceptional opportunity for a professional with a proven background in luxury estates or high-end hospitality who is eager to take on full responsibility for a sophisticated household environment.

Responsibilities

  • Direct overall management of the villa and ensure its immaculate upkeep.

  • Supervise household staff: schedules, roles, training, and performance reviews.

  • Oversee budgets, inventories, and financial reporting to the principal.

  • Coordinate private events, receptions, and VIP visits with precision.

  • Manage household purchases, groceries, and supplies.

  • Provide personal assistance to the principal (reservations, travel logistics, bookings).

  • Act as liaison for vendors, contractors, and external service providers.

  • Implement and enforce hygiene, safety, and operational procedures.

  • Welcome and host guests, ensuring their comfort at all times.

  • Travel with the employer when required, maintaining seamless support during trips.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a House Manager, Estate Manager, or in a comparable luxury environment.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

  • Reliable, discreet, and highly professional.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Tech-savvy with good command of modern communication tools and household management systems.

  • Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken).

  • Valid driver’s license preferred.

  • Based in or legally able to work in Morocco.

Working Conditions

  • Contract Type: Full-time, permanent (CDI).

  • Location: Marrakech, Morocco.

  • Accommodation: Independent furnished housing provided.

  • Schedule: To be defined with flexibility as required by the employer.

  • Start Date: November 2025 (or as soon as possible).

Salary

Competitive salary: €5,000 – €6,000 gross/month, depending on experience and profile.
