Log inAn influential family in Kuwait City is seeking an accomplished House Manager to take charge of their fully staffed, luxury residence. The property, a six-bedroom home with expansive living areas, requires someone with exceptional leadership skills and the ability to ensure flawless day-to-day operations.
The successful candidate will be the central point of coordination for a team of 12 domestic staff, maintaining the highest standards of service, organization, and discretion. Working closely with the family office and principal, the House Manager will be expected to combine hands-on supervision with strategic oversight to guarantee a seamless living environment.
Maintain the property, furnishings, and systems in pristine condition.
Oversee household logistics, inventories, and vendor relationships.
Manage guest services, including hospitality for family visitors and formal events.
Act as liaison between the household, principal, and family office.
Guarantee confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion in all matters.
Organize and oversee private functions, dinners, and gatherings as required.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
Proven track record of staff management and household administration.
Discreet, dependable, and polished in presentation.
Schedule: 6 working days per week, flexibility required.
Location: Kuwait – within a spacious private residence.
Start Date: Immediate.
