Log inAn accomplished and discreet Executive Assistant & House Manager is required to support a high-profile executive and her husband in their residence in Harare, Zimbabwe. This dual-role position is ideal for a professional who thrives in both corporate and private household settings, ensuring the smooth management of business demands and domestic operations.
The role combines executive-level administrative support with household leadership, requiring someone proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organiZed. The successful candidate will be entrusted with managing the principal’s demanding schedule while also ensuring the home functions seamlessly.
Executive Support
Manage a complex agenda, including meetings, events, and personal commitments.
Organise local and international travel, visas, and itineraries.
Handle confidential communications and maintain strict discretion at all times.
Prepare documents, oversee filing systems, and liaise with corporate stakeholders.
Track deadlines and follow up on ongoing projects to ensure timely completion.
Household Oversight
Supervise a team of household staff including housekeepers, gardeners, and drivers.
Manage budgets, expenses, and procurement of household supplies.
Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for maintenance and services.
Oversee property upkeep, household repairs, and ensure the residence is guest-ready.
Maintain accurate household inventories and organise domestic logistics.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or House Manager within high-profile households or corporate settings.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital filing systems.
Highly proactive, discreet, and adaptable with meticulous attention to detail.
Confident managing both professional and private household demands simultaneously.
Fluent English essential; additional languages are a plus.
Location: Harare, Zimbabwe
Contract Type: Permanent, full-time, live-in
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (with flexibility)
