A private family based in Dallas, Texas, is seeking an exceptionally experienced Norland-trained Nanny or equivalent childcare professional to oversee the care and development of their three school-aged children, between 7 and 11 years old.
With the mother managing a demanding professional career that involves frequent international and domestic travel, the family is looking for a highly capable nanny who can independently manage the children’s daily lives and provide continuity, structure, and consistency in the household.
The successful candidate will be an experienced sole-charge professional with at least 10 years of relevant experience, exceptional organizational abilities, and a confident approach to childcare management. A strong emphasis is placed on establishing boundaries, promoting good manners, encouraging accountability, and maintaining consistent behavioral standards.
This is a full-time, live-out opportunity offering an annual salary of $80,000–$110,000, depending on experience, alongside health insurance and paid time off. The position also requires occasional overnight stays when the mother travels for work. A minimum two-year commitment is expected.
