Housekeeper / Personal Assistant

The first member of the couple will take on a versatile household and support role, working closely with the existing housekeeper.

Key duties will include:

• Assist with the organisation and smooth running of the residence while respecting the responsibilities of the housekeeper already employed.
• Prepare everyday family meals and provide table service when required.
• Provide occasional assistance at the home of Madame’s daughter.
• Handle practical administrative tasks, including correspondence, coordination and receiving tradespeople or external service providers.
• Manage household shopping, supplies and stock levels.
• Adapt easily to the family’s routines, preferences and expectations.
• Maintain a discreet, diplomatic and highly professional approach when working alongside other household staff.

Handyman / Gardener

The second member of the couple will be responsible for the practical maintenance of the property and outdoor areas.

Responsibilities include:

• Carry out routine DIY and minor household repairs.
• Handle basic plumbing and electrical maintenance when appropriate.
• Assist with the upkeep and maintenance of the family’s vehicles.
• Perform general garden tasks such as mowing, watering and keeping outdoor spaces neat and presentable.
• Respond efficiently to occasional maintenance requests and unexpected household needs.
• Drive for Madame as required.
• Approach practical tasks independently while knowing when specialist assistance is needed.
