Housekeeping & Interior Management

• Maintain the main residence and associated living areas to an exceptionally high standard.
• Complete daily housekeeping, cleaning, tidying, and general presentation of the property.
• Take full responsibility for laundry, including washing, ironing, folding, and appropriate organisation of clothing and household linens.
• Prepare the residence thoroughly ahead of the owners’ arrival and restore it to its required standard following departures.
• Monitor household supplies, groceries, cleaning products, and consumables.
• Maintain accurate awareness of stock levels and arrange replenishment when necessary.
• Prepare breakfast and simple lunches or dinners when requested.
• Ensure rooms and living spaces are consistently presented, organised, and ready for use.
• Identify maintenance concerns, defects, or unusual issues at an early stage and report them promptly to the property manager.
• Take a proactive approach to preventing small issues from developing into larger problems.

Outdoor Areas & Estate Oversight

• Assist with the daily upkeep and presentation of terraces, pathways, outdoor living areas, and other exterior spaces.
• Maintain outdoor furniture and equipment and ensure everything is clean, orderly, and ready for use.
• Assist with the preparation and general upkeep of the property’s tennis court.
• Keep vehicles clean and presentable and assist with basic vehicle care.
• Monitor the general condition and security of the property and remain alert to anything requiring attention.
• Coordinate access and work carried out by contractors, maintenance companies, gardeners, technicians, and other external service providers.
• Liaise with the property manager regarding repairs, maintenance, deliveries, and operational matters.
• Carry out occasional local errands and grocery shopping.
• Provide occasional driving assistance, including airport transfers when required. These duties are expected to be infrequent as the owners generally use a private driver.
• Support the owners during entertaining and guest stays as required.

Guest & Rental Support

The estate may occasionally accommodate guests or be made available for rental periods. During these periods, the couple will be expected to help ensure the property maintains the same exceptional standard.

Responsibilities may include:

• Preparing the residence before guest arrivals.
• Ensuring bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and outdoor spaces are fully ready.
• Providing discreet assistance to guests throughout their stay.
• Handling occasional errands and practical requests.
• Maintaining housekeeping standards during occupancy.
• Coordinating with additional household staff, including chefs, waiters, cleaners, and event staff, during larger gatherings.
• Helping ensure a smooth and professional experience for owners and guests alike.
