• Provide attentive, nurturing and age-appropriate care throughout the children’s daily routines.
• Design and facilitate Montessori-inspired activities that encourage independence, concentration, coordination and problem-solving.
• Support the children’s cognitive, emotional, social and physical development.
• Create opportunities for fine and gross motor development through age-appropriate activities.
• Establish consistent routines around meals, naps, hygiene, dressing and learning.
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks appropriate for the children’s ages and dietary requirements.
• Encourage children to participate independently in suitable daily tasks.

Multilingual Development

• Communicate naturally with the children in English and the nanny’s additional language.
• Incorporate German, Spanish, French or Italian into everyday routines through conversation, reading, play and activities.
• Create a positive language-rich environment that encourages natural bilingual or multilingual development.

Activities & Outings

• Plan engaging and educational activities suited to the children’s interests and developmental stages.
• Organise stimulating Montessori activities within the family residence and property.
• Accompany the children to age-appropriate activities and appointments when required.
• Encourage curiosity, creativity and independent exploration.

Child-Related Household Support

• Keep children’s bedrooms, playrooms and learning areas clean, organised and hygienic.
• Maintain Montessori materials and workstations in an orderly and accessible manner.
• Keep track of school, activity and medical schedules.
• Coordinate pediatric appointments and other child-related commitments.
• Safely transport the children when required, using the family’s driver or appropriate transportation arrangements.
• Communicate regularly with the parents regarding routines, developmental progress, milestones and behavioural observations.
• Work collaboratively with the parents to maintain consistent approaches to childcare and education.
