Interior Care & Household Operations

• Perform all general housekeeping duties, maintaining a spotless and well-kept interior (cleaning, dusting, waxing, polishing, etc.).
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and household stock.
• Prepare and ready guest and family bedrooms prior to visits.
• Manage all aspects of linen care including washing, ironing, folding, and organisation.
• Handle grocery shopping and various household errands when requested.

Exterior Upkeep & General Maintenance

• Maintain the estate’s outdoor areas, terraces, pathways, and summer kitchen.
• Carry out light maintenance, small repairs, and basic DIY tasks.
• Monitor, clean, and ensure the proper functioning of the two swimming pools.
• Identify and report any technical or mechanical issues (boilers, natural spring, storage tanks, equipment).

Support to Property Management

• Provide driving services for the owners or their guests when required.
• Assist the property portfolio manager with hands-on tasks such as painting, assembling furniture, and minor repairs.
• Welcome tradespeople, suppliers, and external service providers to the estate.
• Handle basic administrative duties, including expense tracking and simple bookkeeping.

Security & Site Supervision

• Monitor and secure the property using the alarm system, CCTV, and access control.
• Provide ongoing surveillance and ensure year-round protection of the estate.
