Household & Interior Management

• Daily housekeeping, detailed cleaning, dusting, polishing, and overall upkeep of the home.
• Management of cleaning supplies, stock levels, and inventories.
• Laundry care including washing, ironing, folding, and organisation.
• Grocery shopping and household errands as needed.
• Preparation of simple family meals.
• Table setup and non-formal service when required.

Outdoor & Property Maintenance

• Upkeep of terraces, pool house, and summer kitchen.
• Seasonal installation and protection of garden furniture.
• Garden care: mowing, trimming, small pruning, weeding, raking, sweeping, watering, etc.
• Pool cleaning and maintenance.
• Light maintenance and DIY tasks (painting, varnishing, minor repairs).
• Wood storage, fireplace preparation, and cleaning.

Vehicle & Equipment Oversight

• Interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles.
• Follow-up on maintenance schedules and inspection appointments.
• Monitoring and ensuring proper operation of equipment (e.g., heat pump).
• Prompt reporting of technical incidents or malfunctions.

Logistics, Security & Animal Care

• Greeting and supervising suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
• Security management of the estate, including video-surveillance oversight.
• Feeding and caring for the family dog; veterinary support when needed.
• Dog sitting during the employer’s absence.
• Day and night monitoring of the property.
