Interior Care & Household Management

• Ensure daily cleaning and general upkeep of the main house and outbuildings
• Manage all household linen, including washing, ironing, and storage
• Prepare healthy, balanced meals when the owners are in residence
• Set and serve the table in a relaxed, non-formal setting when required
• Carry out grocery shopping and manage household supplies
• Monitor and manage cleaning product stock levels

Exterior & Technical Maintenance

• Maintain gardens and green spaces (mowing, pruning, weeding, watering, leaf clearing)
• Care for the swimming pool, pool house, and outdoor furniture
• Perform routine maintenance of equipment (oil boiler, chimney, etc.)
• Manage household waste and recycling
• Carry out small DIY tasks and minor repairs as needed

Property Oversight & Coordination

• Coordinate and supervise external service providers, suppliers, and craftsmen
• Ensure overall monitoring and smooth operation of the estate
• Track property-related expenses and provide basic reporting to the owner

Additional Support Services

• Act as an occasional driver for the family and guests (station transfers, local trips)
• Ensure basic vehicle upkeep (cleaning, refuelling)
