• Prepare fresh daily lunches and dinners for the family.
• Create nutritious and appealing meals suitable for both adults and children.
• Prepare healthy, well-presented lunch boxes for the children.
• Use fresh, high-quality and carefully sourced ingredients.
• Develop meals inspired primarily by Mediterranean and European culinary traditions, with a particular focus on Russian cuisine.
• Adjust recipes and portions according to the family’s individual preferences and requirements.
• Maintain a consistently high standard of flavour, freshness, presentation, and nutrition.

Menu Planning & Food Preparation

• Plan weekly menus in collaboration with the family.
• Introduce sufficient variety to ensure meals remain interesting and balanced.
• Take seasonal availability into consideration when designing menus.
• Adapt dishes according to dietary preferences and changing family requirements.
• Prepare shopping lists and identify the ingredients required for upcoming menus.
• Assist with food purchasing and sourcing when requested.

Kitchen Organisation

• Keep the kitchen clean, tidy, hygienic, and fully organised throughout the working day.
• Follow high standards of food preparation, storage, and hygiene.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and expiry dates.
• Maintain appropriate stock rotation and minimise unnecessary food waste.
• Ensure kitchen equipment, work surfaces, and cooking areas are properly cleaned and maintained.
• Keep household food supplies organised and ensure essential ingredients are available when required.

Supporting the Family

• Develop a good understanding of the family’s tastes, routines, and preferred meal times.
• Coordinate meal preparation around the family’s daily schedule.
• Remain flexible when meal times or requirements change.
• Prepare additional meals, snacks, or children’s food when required.
• Maintain complete discretion and respect the privacy of the family at all times.
• Establish a professional and positive working relationship with the household.
