Daily Meal Preparation

• Prepare lunch and dinner for the family each day, including earlier lunch service for the child
• Prepare a daily staff meal for up to 8 household employees
• Cook healthy, varied, family-style dishes with a focus on Mediterranean cuisine
• Ensure meals are low in salt, nutritious, and adapted for both adults and children
• Develop and present weekly menus for approval by the principal

Kitchen Management

• Maintain a spotless, well-organised, and hygienic kitchen at all times
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety, cleanliness, and organisation standards
• Operate and care for a fully equipped private kitchen
• Manage grocery orders using the household’s existing supplier accounts
• Monitor stock levels and ensure efficient kitchen operations

Household Collaboration

• Work closely with the butler and wider household team
• Maintain a respectful, cooperative, and service-oriented attitude
• Demonstrate strong communication, punctuality, and professionalism
• Adapt to occasional additional working days when required (time off provided in lieu)
