• Prepare nutritious, child-friendly meals with attention to balanced nutrition
• Cook healthy, high-protein dishes, grilled options, and light meals
• Specialise in fresh seafood, international cuisine, and Mediterranean-inspired dishes

Kitchen & Stock Management

• Maintain impeccable kitchen hygiene, organisation, and cleanliness at all times
• Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and ensure ingredients are always available
• Source high-quality fresh produce from trusted suppliers and local markets
• Oversee grocery shopping and budget-conscious procurement
• Ensure proper storage, labelling, and food rotation practices
• Maintain kitchen equipment and report any maintenance requirements
