Job Description

A private family based in Dubai is seeking an experienced and caring Nanny to provide full-time support and attentive care for their 6-month-old baby.

The family is looking for a nurturing professional who is genuinely passionate about infant care and early childhood development. The ideal candidate will bring warmth, patience, and a positive attitude while creating a calm, safe, and stimulating environment that supports the baby’s daily wellbeing and developmental progress.

Responsibilities

Infant Care & Daily Routine

Provide attentive day-to-day care for the baby, ensuring comfort, safety, and hygiene at all times
Prepare bottles and assist with feeding routines according to the child’s age and needs
Maintain structured routines for naps, sleep, feeding, and playtime
Support the baby’s physical, emotional, and sensory development through age-appropriate activities
Encourage developmental milestones through interactive play and stimulation

Nursery & Child-Related Duties

Keep the nursery, toys, bottles, and baby equipment clean and organized
Assist with preparing simple meals or baby food as the child grows
Monitor the child’s progress and communicate observations with the parents
Accompany the baby to appointments, outings, or family activities when required

Travel Support

Travel with the family when needed and ensure continuity of routines and care while abroad

Job Requirements

Previous professional experience caring for newborns and infants is essential
Strong understanding of baby care, feeding schedules, sleep routines, and developmental stages
Ability to create engaging educational and sensory activities appropriate for early childhood
Basic knowledge of child nutrition and meal preparation
Flexible and willing to travel internationally with the family
Calm, patient, attentive, and caring personality
Trustworthy, professional, and well-presented
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Working Conditions

Position based in Dubai, UAE
Work schedule: 6 days per week with 1 day off
Immediate start preferred

Salary

Live-in salary: AED 6,000 to AED 7,000 per month Live-out salary: AED 7,000 to AED 10,000 per month
