Live-out Housekeeper

​​Our VIP client is seeking an experienced live-out Housekeeper who will oversee and manage day-to-day operations of their residence in Stanmore, London, UK.

The candidate will be hands on, responsible for all the details of the home. The successful candidate will be one that thrives in an environment with defined processes and standards.

The position requires a high energy individual with an excellent work ethic and a sense of pride in work well done. This is a permanent full-time position starting in April.

• ​To maintain household and property standards
• Manage all household inventories
• Screen and oversee all trades and services.
• Help in all areas of housekeeping to include hoovering/dusting and all general cleaning duties/bedding changed weekly
• Manage all maintenance systems
• Show initiative and always be proactive
• Other duties as required

• ​​​​​Minimum 5 years previous experience working in a semi-formal or formal residence
• Good cooking skills and experience cooking simple meals.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to understand the importance of knowledge sharing and consistent reporting.
• Fluent in English
• Trustworthy and professional.
• Flexibility in adapting to changing schedules and requirements.
• Demonstrates excellent references.
• Thorough knowledge of household technology
• Energetic problem solving with the ability to take the initiative
• Effective time management with strong execution and completion strategies
• Polished, professional, and respectful; a quiet presence in the household
• Highly discreet in preserving the confidentiality and privacy of the family

Monday to Friday – 9.30am – 5.30pm, with flexibility

Around £40000 – £42000 gross per year, depending on experience.
