Log inOur client is seeking a professional and dedicated live-in Domestic Couple to oversee the smooth running and upkeep of their private second residence in Marbella, Spain. This permanent, long-term position includes on-site accommodation in a fully independent house.
The successful couple will bring a proven track record of discretion, efficiency, and adaptability within luxury households. Strong collaboration and the ability to maintain impeccable standards across both domestic and exterior operations are essential.
Household Management
Ensure the overall functionality and presentation of the residence, inside and out.
Perform daily cleaning, laundry, ironing, and wardrobe organization.
Care for fine household items such as porcelain, crystal, and antiques.
Handle provisioning, shopping, and household inventories.
Assist with table setting, service, and support during private receptions or family events.
Property & Grounds
Oversee the garden and pool in support of contracted specialists, ensuring top condition.
Maintain terraces, patios, and outdoor furnishings.
Carry out light maintenance, DIY repairs, and coordinate external contractors (plumbers, electricians, HVAC technicians, etc.).
Manage and report on a household expense budget.
Provide occasional driving services and oversee vehicle cleaning and maintenance.
Additional Duties
Monitor and safeguard the property in the absence of the principals.
Provide training and oversight for other staff members.
Maintain flexibility and availability when the family is in residence.
Culinary skills and home automation knowledge are considered strong advantages.
Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in similar luxury property management roles.
Reliable, discreet, and highly versatile professionals.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable with both family life and formal household standards.
Fluent in French and Spanish (English is an advantage).
Valid driver’s license for at least one member of the couple.

Contract: Permanent, full-time

Schedule: To be defined, with flexibility required during principal’s stays
