Interior Maintenance

• Ensure the residence, including apartments and outbuildings, remains spotless and well-organized
• Prepare rooms ahead of guest arrivals, ensuring everything is in top condition
• Oversee laundry duties, including washing, ironing, and organizing, as well as coordinating with a dry cleaner
• Manage inventories and household supplies

Cooking & Provisioning

• Prepare meals on request for the family, ensuring they meet their preferences and dietary requirements
• Shop for groceries, and manage inventory for regular and bulk purchases

Exterior Maintenance

• Maintain the estate’s gardens, including lawn care, trimming, weeding, and watering
• Care for the vegetable garden, ensuring its health and productivity
• Maintain terraces, garden furniture, and other outdoor elements
• Manage the upkeep of the swimming pool and surrounding areas
• Ensure proper functioning of the estate’s equipment, such as fountains

Miscellaneous Duties

• Perform minor repairs and handyman tasks across the estate
• Provide chauffeur services for the family when required
• Maintain and clean five vehicles, keeping maintenance logs up to date
• Report directly to the Estate Manager for caretaker duties and to the Estate Butler for housekeeper responsibilities
• Handle deliveries, receive packages, and ensure the property is secured
• Provide care for two dogs if needed
