Housekeeping & Property Care

• Maintain the residence and private office to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Perform detailed cleaning of floors, furniture, decorative items, surfaces, and living areas.
• Care for bathrooms, guest facilities, and kitchen areas.
• Clean interior windows and glass surfaces as required.
• Prepare bedrooms, change bed linen, and refresh towels regularly.
• Organise wardrobes, dressing rooms, and storage spaces.
• Maintain outdoor balcony areas in excellent condition.
• Ensure the proper care of valuable household items, including fine porcelain and silverware.
• Report any maintenance concerns or equipment issues promptly to the employer.

Laundry & Wardrobe Management

• Manage all aspects of laundry care, including washing, ironing, folding, and storage.
• Handle delicate fabrics, luxury garments, and household linen with exceptional care and attention.
• Maintain wardrobe organisation and garment presentation.

Household Support

• Monitor and replenish household supplies.
• Run occasional errands such as grocery top-ups, dry-cleaning collection, and other household-related tasks.
• Support the overall organisation and efficiency of the household.

Pet Care

• Provide occasional assistance with feeding and walking the family’s two dogs when required.

Additional Assistance

• Candidates holding a driving licence may occasionally be asked to assist with airport or train station transfers. This is not a requirement and would depend entirely on the relationship established with the family.
