• Take full responsibility for the daily cleanliness, organisation and presentation of the residence.
• Develop and follow structured daily, weekly and monthly housekeeping routines.
• Maintain kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas and other household spaces to a high standard.
• Clean countertops, sinks and surfaces and ensure the kitchen remains orderly.
• Load and unload the dishwasher and wash cookware, pots and pans.
• Clean and maintain small kitchen appliances appropriately.
• Dust, tidy and manage general household upkeep.
• Take out household waste and manage recycling.
• Proactively identify areas requiring attention rather than waiting for instructions.
• Work alongside the family’s bi-weekly deep-cleaning service, with the primary focus on maintaining the home between visits.

Luxury Furnishings & Art Care

• Handle high-end furniture, bespoke millwork, delicate finishes and valuable decorative pieces with exceptional care.
• Dust and maintain artwork, sculptures and designer furnishings using approved products and appropriate techniques.
• Follow household-specific care instructions to prevent damage to sensitive materials and surfaces.
• Maintain a consistently polished appearance throughout the residence.

Laundry & Linen Management

• Manage the complete laundry process, including washing, drying, folding and putting garments away.
• Follow appropriate care instructions for delicate and high-value clothing.
• Change and launder bed linens and towels according to the family’s schedule.
• Make beds and ensure bedrooms are consistently prepared.
• Monitor household supplies and arrange replenishment when necessary.

Grocery Shopping, Inventory & Errands

• Prepare weekly grocery lists based on household requirements.
• Shop for high-quality, seasonal produce, particularly fresh fruits and vegetables.
• Unpack and organise groceries upon returning home.
• Maintain an orderly pantry and monitor household inventory.
• Handle dry-cleaning drop-offs and collections.
• Receive and organise packages and deliveries.
• Take family vehicles for routine car washes and scheduled maintenance appointments.
• Complete other local household errands as required.

Simple Cooking & Meal Preparation

• Prepare healthy snacks and simple family meals when required.
• Assist with meal preparation for the children.
• Maintain an organised kitchen and clean thoroughly after food preparation.
