Job Description

A private family based in Dubai is seeking an experienced and dedicated Live-Out Nanny to provide attentive, high-quality care for their 21-month-old child and a newborn expected in August.

This role is ideal for a nurturing and confident childcare professional who is comfortable supporting early childhood development, respecting established routines, and working closely with parents. The family is looking for a long-term nanny who values consistency, warmth, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Provide constant, attentive care in line with the children’s needs and developmental stages.
Plan and lead age-appropriate activities, with a preference for a Montessori-inspired approach.
Prepare and serve nutritious, home-cooked meals and snacks suitable for a toddler.
Maintain daily routines, including naps, rest times, and transitions.
Manage all personal care and support age-appropriate hygiene practices.
Accompany the children on outings, appointments, and activities when required.
Create and maintain a safe, calm, and stimulating environment.
Keep play areas tidy and well organised throughout the day.
Clean and sanitise toys, bottles, utensils, and childcare equipment.
Manage the children’s laundry and wardrobe organisation.
Ensure all child-related spaces are clean, organised, and well maintained.
Travel with the family locally and internationally when required.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of professional nanny experience, including hands-on care of newborns and toddlers aged 1–2 years.
Previous experience in private households.
Strong understanding of early childhood development and best childcare practices.
Paediatric First Aid and CPR certification (mandatory).
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Calm, patient, warm, and genuinely nurturing personality.
Gentle, respectful, and structured approach to discipline.
Highly discreet and respectful of family privacy.
Energetic, physically fit, and able to manage long working days.
Reliable, punctual, and seeking a long-term role where they can become part of the family.
Non-smoker with excellent personal hygiene.

Working Conditions

Live-out position (accommodation not provided)
Start date: ASAP
Location: Dubai, UAE
Schedule: 6 days per week, 12 hours per day

Salary

AED 6,000 – 7,000 per month, depending on experience and profile.
