Log inAn ultra-high-net-worth principal is looking for a dedicated Domestic Couple, a Butler and a Private Chef, to join the household team of their newly purchased 7-bedroom luxury villa in Gustavia, Saint Barthélemy.
This prestigious residence is primarily enjoyed during the winter months (1 to 3 months per year) by the principal and distinguished guests. The successful couple will work in close collaboration with two live-out housekeepers and a property manager to deliver outstanding service.

Private Chef
Design and prepare refined family-style meals, with emphasis on Italian and Mediterranean gastronomy.
Cater for small family dinners or groups of up to 15 guests, including last-minute requests.
Demonstrate agility in high-pressure moments (e.g., producing meals for 10 guests within 15 minutes).
Handle grocery shopping, stock management, and weekly menu planning.
Maintain an immaculate, fully equipped kitchen environment.
Assist with household support duties when the family is not in residence.
Butler
Provide discreet, five-star hospitality for the principal and their VIP visitors.
Anticipate guest preferences and ensure seamless service at all times.
Manage table arrangements, beverage service, and formal/informal dining.
Collaborate with housekeepers and the property manager to maintain the villa to guest-ready standards.
Act as the primary contact for security systems, maintenance needs, and reporting in the principal’s absence.
Offer hands-on support with daily household operations.
Highly flexible, energetic, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
Collaborative and capable of working independently when needed.
Elegant, service-driven, and discreet.
Chef: Strong track record in family-style and Mediterranean cuisine; creative, efficient, and calm under pressure.
Butler: Proven expertise in luxury households, VIP service, and event coordination.
Background in yachting or luxury hospitality is highly valued.
Languages: Fluent English mandatory; Italian or French desirable.
EU nationals preferred for visa convenience.
Schedule: Intensive workload during principal’s stays (approx. 1–3 months/year) balanced by significant downtime during off-season.
Accommodation: Private, fully furnished 2-bedroom apartment with utilities included.
Meals: Provided when the family is in residence.
Vehicle: Car available for work purposes.
Probation: 6 months.
Contract: Long-term, full-time, with guaranteed annual stability and extended downtime.
