Property Management & Maintenance

• Oversee the general upkeep of the residence, ensuring cleanliness, organisation, and presentation at all times
• Monitor technical installations and handle basic maintenance tasks
• Identify and follow up on any maintenance requirements

Coordination & Supervision

• Supervise external contractors and service providers, including the gardener
• Gradually assume responsibility for tasks currently outsourced where appropriate
• Manage household supplies and ensure efficient stock control

Household Operations

• Maintain smooth day-to-day running of the property
• Anticipate the needs of the residence and prepare the home ahead of the owners’ arrival
• Ensure a discreet and efficient presence when the property is occupied
