Interior & Household Management

• Ensure impeccable cleanliness and presentation of the residence (cleaning, dusting, polishing, waxing).
• Manage all laundry tasks: washing, ironing, folding, and storage.
• Monitor household inventories and manage stock levels.
• Handle grocery shopping and general household supplies.
• Prepare meals and provide table service upon request.
• Run day-to-day errands (parcels, dry cleaning, pharmacy, etc.).

Exterior & Property Maintenance

• Maintain the vegetable garden (planting, watering, harvesting).
• Assist with swimming pool upkeep (filters, robot, water balance) alongside the pool specialist.
• Maintain outdoor areas, terraces, and garden furniture.
• Monitor utility consumption (water, electricity, etc.).
• Carry out basic handyman duties and minor repairs.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance contractors (heating, plumbing, electricity, air conditioning).

Logistics, Security & Support

• Provide driving services when required.
• Maintain household vehicles and oversee service schedules.
• Welcome and supervise external service providers, ensuring proper follow-up.
• Manage a monthly budget for small household expenses with clear reporting.
• Oversee property security and site monitoring (video surveillance).
• Care for the household dog during the employer’s absence.
