Housekeeping & Household Management

• Maintain the residence to an exceptional standard of cleanliness and presentation
• Perform daily housekeeping duties, including cleaning, dusting, polishing, and care of fine surfaces
• Manage household laundry, including washing, ironing, folding, and wardrobe organisation
• Monitor and replenish household supplies and cleaning products
• Coordinate grocery shopping and household purchases
• Assist with meal preparation and cooking when the principals are in residence
• Prepare and serve meals, receptions, and private gatherings
• Set tables and provide attentive service when required

Property & Outdoor Maintenance

• Oversee the upkeep of terraces, outdoor living areas, and garden furniture
• Maintain the swimming pool and pool house facilities
• Conduct routine inspections of the property and report maintenance requirements
• Ensure all household equipment is functioning properly and arrange repairs when necessary
• Welcome and supervise external contractors and service providers

Household Coordination

• Liaise with and coordinate existing household staff
• Assist with vehicle care and maintenance
• Provide driving services as required
• Prepare regular reports for the family office and maintain clear communication regarding the property
